摘 要:针对乘客未来订票信息不可预知的单航班机票价格和舱位控制问题,从在线策略和竞争分析角度,设计了最优的价格和座位在线联合控制策略.假设乘客到达符合价值LBH模式,除此之外不对未来需求进行任何假设,所给策略能够动态地决定机票出售价格,以及该价格下的机票出售数量,该联合策略所获收益与已知未来准确需求信息情况下最优收益的比值总在一定范围之内.与已有研究相比,所给策略并不依赖"需求可预测"以及"风险中性"的假设,同时能够通过合理定价有效辨别出不同乘客的类型,从而放松了参考文献关于乘客类型可以辨析的假设.Taking into consideration the unpredictable booking information,we consider the joint ticket pricing and booking problem in the airline industry from the perspective of online algorithms and competitive analysis. Assuming that the process of the passengers meets the low-before-high manner and that the expected value of passengers falls in a closed interval,we propose one optimal online joint policy for each case. Different from previous approaches in this field,the proposed online policies eliminate both the demand forecast and risk-neutrality assumption. The proposed policies can dynamically adjust price and allocate the tickets according to the set of bookings previously offered at any point in time. The ratio between the revenue of online joint strate-gy and the revenue of optimal offline strategy with perfect demand information is always in a certain range. Compared with the existing research,the joint online strategies can identify the types of passengers effectively which relaxes the assumption of knowing the type of passengers.
