摘  要:介绍关口电能表现场检验的主要内容和合适的试验条件,主要包括接线的检查,电能表内部时钟校准,电流、电压和相位的测量,基本误差测量和如何正确判断所测量误差等问题,从而为电能表的现场计量准确性提供可靠的保证。重点分析了关口电能表现场检验中最常见的事故,主要是钳形电流互感器的正确应用和电能表二次失压后的电能计量,并针对性总结有效措施。This article describes the main contents and appropriate experimental conditions of the site energy meter calibration, including inspection of wiring, the internal clock calibration of multi-rate watt-hour meter, the measurement of current, voltage and phase, the measurement of the basic deviation and other issues such as how to correctly deter- mine the measurement deviation, so as to provide a reliable guarantee for the measuring accuracy of the site energy meter. This article also analyzes the most common accidents in the site energy meter calibration including the correct application of the transformer of clamp current and the analysis of the electricity after the energy meters suffering the secondary voltage loss as well as providing effective solutions.
