摘　　要：介绍一小位移测量平台,由差动变压器式传感器、调理电路NI SCXI-1540、数据采集卡NI SCXI-1600以及虚拟仪器LabVIEW组成。该测量平台也可用于测量其他微小的机械量。A micro displacement measuring platform is introduced in this paper. The platform is composed of a sensor with the differential transformer type, a conditioning circuit NI SCXI-1540, a data acquisition card NI SCXI-1600 and virtual instrument LabVIEW. The measurement platform can also be used for measuring other micro mechanical quantities, such as vibration, pressure and so on.
