摘 要:斜拉结构是一种典型的刚柔组合结构,广泛应用于大跨度体育场馆屋盖结构等公共建筑中。对于由刚性屋盖和柔性拉索以及桅杆等组成的斜拉结构而言,预应力施工张拉通常采用逐步张拉成型的施工方法,张拉过程中预应力的控制、结构力与形的控制以及张拉方案的确定是施工张拉要解决的核心问题。分析制定张拉施工方案所应遵循的原则,并以某体育场屋盖结构为例,对拟定的两种张拉顺序和两种张拉阶次进行张拉施工模拟分析,同时依据数值分析结果评估各种张拉方案的优缺点,为该体育场屋盖钢结构张拉施工方案的最终确定提供依据。As a structural combination of cables and steel roof, a cable-stayed structure is widely used to the stadium roof in the large span structure of the public buildings. For the cable-stayed structure consisted of rigid steel roof, flexible cables and masts, the cable tensioning has to be carried out during the construction process step by step. In the cable tensioning process, the control of both the cable forces and the structural displacements at key points should be satisfied according to the technical requirements specified by architectural and structural designers. Accordingly, this paper presents the basic principles for determining the optimal tensioning scheme and simulation tensioning analysis of cable-stayed structure. As a typical example, the two tensioning sequences and two prestressed grading tensioning schemes are carefully investigated respectively in a stadium. Comparisons between simulation tensioning analytical results for these tensioning schemes are made and the best tensioning scheme was found for this practical engineering construction.
