摘  要:根据武汉市国博中心洲际酒店星空会所与主体结构的位置关系、连接特点等提出"低空拼装、整体提升、高空合龙"的总体施工方案。针对连体结构构成复杂、出平面刚度大、偏心严重、各提升点提升力差异大等难点,通过对结构拼装及提升全过程的仿真分析,掌握力学性能及薄弱区域,为提升前的局部加强提供依据;结合对结构出平面刚度的分析结果,提出整体提升过程控制方式。对整体提升的关键部位如提升架、关键节点等进行专项设计,并充分运用结构出平面刚度大的特点进行提升架的安全性试验,以确保结构整体提升过程中的安全性。在理论分析的基础上,施工时应用大型计算机同步控制系统实现了多点整体同步提升,施工过程安全、高效。Based on the characteristics of spatial location, connection and other properties of Starry Club with main structure, 'low level assembled, integral lifted and high level closed'construction program is developed to improve construction cost. For the difficulties of structural complexity, high out-of-plane stiffness, excessive eccentricity and obvious lifting force variation, structural mechanical properties and weak area are clear by assembled and lifted construction FEM simulation, which is the basis of local structure strengthening before integral lifting. Lifting process control mode is proposed according to the results of out-of-plane stiffness analysis. Lifting key links, such as lifting structure, joints and so on, are designed in detail. On the basis of out-of-plane stiffness analysis, lifting system functional test is processed in the field to ensure the construction safety. Calculators synchronous-control system is applied to accomplish the multi-points lifting based on the theoretical analysis. The results of field construction show that construction process is safe and efficient.
