摘　　要：为将罗泾港区灰堤内粉煤灰堆存区改建为通用杂货堆场,对改建的必要性和可能性进行分析。阐述该项目的规模和通过能力。详细介绍改建方案。通过项目实施,可扩大罗泾港区通过能力,实现钢杂码头的可持续发展,也可为灰场的土地综合利用提供建设管理和技术准备方面的参考。In order to reconstruct coal powder yard within the dyke of Luojing Port District to a general cargo yard, the necessary and feasibility of reconstruction are analyzed. The scale and capacity of this item are stated. The reconstruction plan is introduced in detail. This project could enlarge capacity of Luojing Port District and realize continuous developement of general steel terminal. Meanwhile it could offer reference of construction management and technical preparation for comprehensive utilization of plaster fields.
