摘 要:目的了解长沙市高校贫困大学生就业焦虑现状。方法采用就业焦虑问卷对200名大学生进行问卷调查,其中贫困生50名。结果贫困生的就业恐惧、工作焦虑、面试焦虑、就业焦虑总分各维度评分分别为(23.50±4.93)分、(12.66±3.22)分、(14.26±2.82)分和(70.58±14.34)分,均高于非贫困生分数(P<0.05);贫困女大学生的就业恐惧、就业不安、工作焦虑、面试焦虑及就业焦虑总分各维度评分分别为(25.83±4.71)分、(23.10±3.38)分、(14.60±2.40)分、(15.80±2.27)分和(79.33±11.14)分,均高于男贫困生分数(P<0.01);大四贫困生的就业恐惧、就业不安、工作焦虑、面试焦虑及就业焦虑总分各维度评分分别为(25.10±5.07)分、(21.33±5.08)分、(13.53±3.38)分、(15.07±2.92)分和(75.03±15.26)分,均高于大三贫困生分数(P<0.05);医学专业贫困生的就业不安、工作焦虑、面试焦虑及就业焦虑总分各维度评分分别为(22.55±4.06)分、(14.27±2.69)分、(15.36±3.08)分和(77.00±13.51)分,均高于非医学专业贫困生分数(P<0.05)。结论高校应该采取措施减缓贫困生就业焦虑水平,提高贫困生的心理健康水平。Objective To explore employment anxiety prevalence among university needy students in Changsha City.Methods The Employment Anxiety Scale was used to measure anxiety among 200 graduates,including 50 university needy students.Results The total scores of university needy students about the employment fear(23.50 ± 4.93),work anxiety(12.66 ± 3.22),interview anxiety(14.26 ± 2.82) and employment anxiety(70.58 ± 14.34) were significantly higher than that of non-needy students(P〈0.05).The total scores of female needy students about employment fear(25.83 ± 4.71),employment uneasy(23.10 ± 3.38),work anxiety(14.60 ± 2.40),interview anxiety(15.80 ±2.27) and employment anxiety(79.33 ± 11.14) were significantly higher than that of male needy students(P〈0.01).The total scores of senior needy students about employment fear(25.10 ± 5.07),employment uneasy(21.33 ± 5.08),work anxiety(13.53 ± 3.38),interview anxiety(15.07 ± 2.92) and employment anxiety(75.03 ± 15.26) were significantly higher than that of junior needy students(P〈0.05).The total scores of medical needy students about employment uneasy(22.55 ± 4.06),the work anxiety(14.27 ± 2.69),interview anxiety(15.36 ± 3.08) and employment anxiety(77.00 ±13.51) were significantly higher than that of non-medical needy students(P〈0.05).Conclusion It is necessary to reduce employment anxiety among needy students and improve their mental health status in universities.
