摘 要:针对配电变压器在短路电流冲击中会产生绕组变形,提出一种配电变压器绕组变形在线诊断的方法。变压器绕组变形导致变压器的短路电抗变化,通过测量短路电抗的变化量来诊断配电变压器的变形程度。通过分析变压器等效电路模型建立配电变压器短路电抗与其一、二次侧电压和电流的关系,试验采集配电变压器的电压和电流信号,计算变压器的短路电抗,进行变压器绕组变形的在线诊断。试验结果显示配电变压器绕组变形诊断系统的有效性和准确性。In view of the fact that distribution transformer winding will be deformed on the impact of the short-circuit current, this paper proposed a novel on-line diagnosis method of winding deformation for distribution transformers.Transformer winding deformation leads to changes in the transformer short-circuit reactance,so we can diagnose the extent of deformation of the distribution transformers by measuring the amount of the change of the short-circuit reactance. First of all, the relationship between the short-circuit reactance of the distribution transformerand the voltage of the primary and secondary side and the current was developed based on the analysis of the equivalent circuit model of the transformer. And then the short-circuit reactance was computed and the on-line diagnosis of the distribution transformer winding deformation was made by collecting the voltage and current signals of the distribution transformer.The test results verified the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed method .
