摘　　要：以1,10-邻菲罗啉为原料,与溴反应生成3,8-二溴-1,10-菲罗啉,然后用浓硫酸和浓硝酸的混合溶液氧化成3,8-二溴-1,10-菲罗啉-5,6-二酮。各中间体和目标产物经MS和1H NMR表征确认。3,8 - dibromo - 1,10 - phenanthroline was synthesized from reaction of 1,10 - phenanthroline and bromine. Followed by oxidation with a mixed solution of concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, the 3,8 - dibromo - 1,10 - phenanthroline - 5,6 - dione was obtained. The intermediates and target product were charac-terized by MS and 1H NMR.
