摘 要:根据BS7448断裂韧度试验标准,分别对海洋管线用X65钢双焊炬自动焊焊接接头自然冷却和喷淋冷却的低温(5℃)裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)进行了测试。取尺寸为B×2B(B为试样厚度),缺口方向为NP的试样进行三点弯曲试验,然后由所得到的焊缝和热影响区(HAZ)的P-V曲线来计算CTOD值,并对比自然空冷和喷淋冷却的焊接接头CTOD值。结果表明,焊后喷淋对CTOD值没有显著影响。该试验结果为焊接方法、焊接规范参数和喷淋工艺参数的选择提供了参考依据。According to the fracture toughness test standard of BS7448, the CTOD at low temperature(5 ℃) of X65 steel double welding torch automatic welding joint with natural cooling and spray cooling was tested respectively. Taking specimen with size of B×2B(B for specimen thickness), and notch direction for NP to conduct three point bending test, and then formed P-V curve of weld and HAZ to calculate the CTOD value, and compared the welding joint CTOD values of natural air cooling and spray cooling. The result showed that spray after welding has no significant influence on CTOD value; this test method provides reference evidence for selecting welding method, welding specification parameters and spraying process parameters.
