摘 要:将规格为准114 mm×5 mm的H03Cr22Ni8Mo3N不锈钢管制备成待焊试件,采取两组不同的焊接工艺参数进行手工钨极氩弧焊(TIG)。焊接过程分为打底焊和填充盖面焊,焊接完毕后进行外观检测和X-射线无损检测。检测结果表明,对于不锈钢焊件的TIG焊,在两组焊接电流相当的情况下,增大焊接速度,可以使焊缝成形更好,且氩气对焊缝的保护效果也会有所提高。无损检测也未发现气孔、未焊透、未熔合、夹渣和夹钨等缺陷。The H03Cr22Ni8Mo3 N stainless steel tube with size of 准 114 mm × 5 mm was prepared for specimen, adopting two groups of different welding process parameters to carry out the manual tungsten argon arc welding(TIG). The welding process included backing welding and filling covering welding, the appearance inspection and X-ray nondestructive testing were conducted after welding. The result showed that for stainless steel TIG weldment, in the case of two groups of welding current is quite, improving welding speed can make weld profile better, and argon gas protection effect of weld will be improved. Nondestructive testing can not find defects, such as stomata, incomplete penetration, incomplete fusion, slag inclusion and tungsten inclusion.
