摘　　要：受圆变方孔型之圆与方之间的尺寸存在着固定系数关系和替代关系启迪,提出圆变方孔型的系数设计法;推导出了圆变方孔型的设计系数μi和λi;证明在总变形道数N一定的情况下,存在N对所有圆变方孔型都适用的系数规律,并直接利用设计系数μi和λi与方管边长之间的函数关系设计圆变方孔型。既简化设计程序、提高设计效率,又避免了孔型设计风险。According to the fixed parameter relation and substitutional relation between round and square of the pass becoming square from round, it put forward coefficient design method of pass becoming square from round, and inferred design factors ofμiand λi. It proved that under condition of certain total deformation pass N, a coefficient regular exists for all pass becoming square from round, and designed pass becoming square from round through using the function relationship between design factors of μiand λiand side length of square tube. This method not only simplifies design procedures, improves the design efficiency, but also avoids the risk of pass design.
