论法治视野下区域府际合作机制的创新

摘　　要：对府际合作机制认识的不足制约了区域府际合作机制的建构,有必要深刻理解区域府际合作机制的内涵及其构成,审视区域府际合作机制的缺陷,并从区域府际合作的实施机制、协调机制、保障机制等方面促进区域府际合作机制的创新,提升区域府际合作的法治化水平,增强区域府际合作的实际成效,促进区域经济一体化的健康发展。Our insufficient knowledge of regional cooperative mechanism restricts the construction of the regional cooperative mechanism. We should further know the connotation and the constitution of the regional cooperative mechanism,and its problems to promote innovation of regional cooperative mechanism from applying mechanism,coordinative mechanism and guarantee mechanism. We should elevate legal level of the regional cooperative mechanism,strengthen practical effects of the regional cooperative mechanism and promote the healthy development of regional economic integration.
