摘　　要：钢丝绳在生产当中采用的是连续淋油工艺,以保证钢丝绳的良好润滑性。由于润滑脂的融点高,常温下呈凝固状态,合股机经过长期的生产运行,设备上大量堆积油脂,造成了很大浪费和污染。针对这一现状,对合股机的压线瓦和后变形器部分改装了高温吹气和加热融油装置,以实现最大程度上解决设备长期积油造成的浪费和环境污染问题。The production of wire rope hascontinuous pour oil process to ensure the good lubricity for wire rope.Due to the high melting point of the grease,solidification state of normal temperature,stranding machine after a long period of operation with a large number of accumulation oil may cause great waste and pollution.Aimed at the status, the high temperature oil gas and heating equipment are modified in line pressing tilres and back deformation device for stranding machine,so as to solve waste and environmental pollution for long-term equipment production caused by oil problem.
