摘　　要：以移动终端视频监控系统为研究背景,设计和实现了基于IOS平台的移动终端实时监控系统。系统基于移动终端实现了实时视频数据的传输、解码和优化。使用摄像头采集的视频流,通过服务器将监控视频进行分流发送到iPhone移动终端,用户可以随时随地在终端查看监控视频。Taking the mobile terminal video monitoring system as research background , a real-time IOS mobile terminal moni-toring systemis designed and implemented.The real-time video data transmission, decoding and optimization based on mobile terminal are achieved.Video streaming is collected by using cameras, and monitoring video is shunted to iPhone mobile termi-nals through the server, so users could view the surveillance video in the terminal anywhere.
