摘 要:以界面聚合法制备了聚苯胺和Mn2+掺杂聚苯胺复合材料。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(SEM)对其结构和形貌进行了表征。在0.5mol/L H2SO4中,通过循环伏安法(CV)、恒流充放电(CP)、交流阻抗谱法(EIS)对电极材料的电化学性能进行了测试。结果表明,当以5mA/cm2的电流密度放电时,Mn2+化学掺杂聚苯胺的电极比电容达403F/g,远高于单纯的聚苯胺,是一种具有优良应用前景的超级电容器材料。The electrodes of polyaniline and polyaniline doped with Mn2 + (PANI/Mn2 + )were prepared via inter-facial polymerization method.The structure and morphology of PANI and PANI/Mn2 + films were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR),X-ray diffraction (XRD)and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The electrochemical properties of PANI and PANI/Mn2 + films were investigated by cyclic voltammetry,galvanosta-tic charge-discharge test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS)in 0.5 mol/L H 2 SO 4 electrolyte in three-electrode system.The results suggest that the growth rate of PANI was greatly increased,which may arise from the interactions between PANI chains and Mn2 + .The PANI/Mn2 + films show a larger specific capac-itance of 403 F/g at a current density of 5 mA/cm2 and lower resistance compared with the pure PANI film.The results indicate that the PANI/Mn2 + films were promising material for supercapacitors.
