摘 要:采用OM和SEM等手段对Sr、Ca复合添加后的AZ31镁合金的固溶态组织进行了观察,发现Sr、Ca元素的添加都有细化晶粒的作用。随着Ca含量的增加,AZ31镁合金在固溶处理过程中晶界的笔直化程度降低。说明基体中生成的Mg2Ca等高温稳定相阻碍了晶界的扩散移动。对添加不同Sr、Ca含量的AZ31进行了挤压,观察发现随着Ca含量的增加,挤压后再结晶晶粒尺寸减少,但仍存在一定量的母晶。但是当Ca含量增加至0.9%(质量分数)时,再结晶尺寸降低的效果削弱。Ca含量的增加提升了AZ31镁合金的延伸性能,当Ca含量增加至0.6%(质量分数)时,镁合金的延伸率高达29%,但是当Ca含量为0.9%(质量分数)时,其延伸率与Ca含量为0.6%(质量分数)的AZ31镁合金相比有所降低。In this paper,the as-solution microstructure of the AZ31,the Sr,Ca added,has been analyzed by the scanning electron microscope and optical microscope.The results show that the Ca and Sr were beneficial to re-duce the grain size.The grain boundary straight level during the solution treatment process was decreasing with the content of Ca increasing.It concluded that the Mg2 Ca phase can restrain the grain boundary diffusion mo-bile.The AZ31 contained different Sr and Ca has also been extruded in this paper,the recrystallization grain size reduced when the content of calcium was increasing.However,the mother crystal was also existed in the ma-trix.When the content of calcium was increasing to 0.9wt%,the Mg2 Ca influence to the grain size was decrea-sing.The elongation of AZ31 was increasing with the content of calcium increasing.When the content of calcium was increasing to 0.6wt%,the elongation was get to 29%.But when the content of calcium was increasing to 0. 9wt%,the elongation was lower than the 0.6wt%.
