摘 要:为了提高动力电池组的工作效率,延长使用寿命,针对各单体电池之间存在的不一致性问题,以飞度电容法与变压器法为基础,提出一种新型的主动均衡方案。该方案的控制策略以SOC为参量,相比传统基于电压的方法,更加合理地反映电池的能量状态;硬件电路将组合开关与变压器结合,既保证了均衡的效率,也更易于实现。通过实验证明,该方案可以按照预设的4%容差要求,完成单体电池之间的能量平衡。In order to improve the working efficiency of the power battery pack and prolong the service life , a new type of active equalization scheme which is based on the method of flying capacitor and transformer is proposed to resolve the inconsistency among monomer batteries.The control strategy uses SOC as parameter.Comparing with traditional method which is based on voltage , this scheme can reflect the state of battery energy more reasonably by combining the combination switch with transformer in hardware circuit .It can not only ensure the efficiency of equalization, but will simplify the realization.At last, the testing shows that this scheme can accomplish the energy balance among single cells in 4% tolerance as required.
