摘 要:随着我国综采放顶煤开采技术的不断推广和发展,大采高综放开采形成了一类超高煤帮、特大断面巷道,巷道高度加大显著影响煤帮的稳定性与变形,进而影响整个巷道围岩的稳定,给巷道支护带来很大困难。基于此类巷道的锚杆支护面临更高、更严苛的要求。因此,本文以塔山煤矿8105大采高综放工作面5105回采巷道为研究对象,采用正交试验原理进行了巷道支护的多方案设计,通过FLAC 5.0数值模拟,对提出的方案进行比较,最后得出合理的锚杆支护初始设计,为回采巷道支护方案参数的选择提供理论依据。With the further promotion and development of fully mechanized caving coal face mining technology, big fully mechanized top-coal caving coal formed a kind of tunnel with high mining height and super-large section. Tunnel height has more obvious influence on the stability and deformation of coal, thus affect the stability of the surrounding rock of roadway, bring great difficulty in roadway supporting. The bolting of the roadway faced higher and more stringent requirements. Therefore, this article chose Ta-shan coal mine 5105 roadway of 8105 ful-ly-mechanized caving coalface as the research object. The principle of orthogonal test is used for roadway support design, by the using of FLAC 5.0 numerical simulation, finally get the initial design parameters of the bolt supporting, which provides the theory basis for the product.
