经筋排刺治疗中风后肩痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察经筋排刺法治疗中风后肩痛的临床疗效。方法按照纳入标准选择中风后肩痛患者80例,按照随机数字表分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组采用经筋排刺治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。治疗2个疗程后比较两组疼痛分级指数评定(PRI)、视觉模拟定级评分(VAS)和现有痛强度(PPI)。结果两组治疗后简明麦吉尔疼痛量表各项评分(PRI、VAS、PPI及总分)与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后简明麦吉尔疼痛量表各项评分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为87.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论经筋排刺是一种治疗中风后肩痛的有效方法。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of muscle-region alignment needling in treating post-stroke shoulder pain.Methods Eighty patients with post-stroke shoulder pain were enrolled according to the inclusion criteria and allocated,using a random number table,to treatment and control groups,40 cases each.The treatment group received muscle-region alignment needling and the control group,conventional acupuncture.The Pain Rating Index （PRI） scores,the Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） scores and the Present Pain Intensity （PPI） scores were compared between the two groups after two courses of treatment.Results There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the short-form McGill Pain Questionnaire item scores （PRI score,VAS score,PPI score and the total score） in the two groups （P＜0.01）.There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the short-form McGill Pain Questionnaire item scores between the treatment and control groups （P＜0.01）.The total efficacy rate was 95.0％ in the treatment group and 87.5％ in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P＜0.01）.Conclusion Muscle-region alignment needling is an effective way to treat post-stroke shoulder pain.
