摘  要:目的通过监测术中胃黏膜二氧化碳分压(PgCO2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、胃黏膜-动脉血二氧化碳分压差[P(g-a)CO2]数值的变化,观察电针对妇科腹腔镜手术患者胃功能的影响效果。方法收治妇科腹腔镜手术患者62例,行随机、单盲、对照的临床试验。分为两组,对照组32例,施以常规全身麻醉;治疗组30例,在常规全身麻醉基础上,复合穴位电针,一直持续到手术结束。术中获取反映胃功能和动脉血气分析的相关数据,以备评价所用。结果两组治疗后PgCO2、P(g-a)CO2数值比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),两组各项数据随时间变化均存在组内显著差异(P<0.01)。结论电针应用在全麻妇科腹腔镜手术中,能够保证胃黏膜的血氧供应,具有胃功能保护的作用。Objective Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture on the gastric function of patients undergone laparoscopic surgery,by observing the changes of gastric mucosal partial pressure of CO2 (PgCO2),arterial partial pressure of CO2 (PaCO2),and the partial pressure difference [P(g-a)CO2] during surgery.Methods Sixty-two patients who were going to receive laparoscopic surgery were included for a randomized single-blind controlled clinical trial.They were divided into two groups:thirty-two in the control group were intervened by ordinary general anesthesia; 30 in the treatment group were given electroacupuncture in addition to general anesthesia till the end of the surgery.During the surgery,data of gastric function and arterial blood gas analysis were collected for evaluation.Results After intervention,there were significant differences in comparing PgCO2 and [P(g-a)CO2] (P<0.01,P<0.05).The intra-group differences in comparing all indexes were statistically significant in both groups (P<0.01).Conclusion Electroacupuncture adopted in laparascopic surgery with general anesthesia can guarantee the supply of blood oxygen to gastric mucosa,thus protecting the gastric function.
