毫针配合铍针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价毫针配合铍针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选择80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按随机数字表随机分为治疗1组、治疗2组、治疗3组和对照组,每组20例。4组均采用TDP照射,治疗1组采用毫针配合铍针治疗,治疗2组采用单纯毫针治疗,治疗3组采用单纯铍针治疗,对照组采用假毫针、铍针干预。比较4组临床疗效及治疗前后VAS评分和腰腿痛JOA评分。结果治疗1组总有效率为100.0%,治疗2组为90.0%,治疗3组为85.0%,治疗4组为20.0%,4组临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗1组、治疗2组及治疗3组治疗后VAS评分及JOA评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗1组治疗前后VAS评分及JOA评分差值与治疗2组、治疗3组和对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论毫针配合铍针是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of filiform needle plus stiletto needle acupuncture in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods Eighty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly allocated to treatment groups 1,2 and 3,and a control group,20 cases each.All the four groups were given TDP irradiation.Treatment group 1 received filiform needle plus stiletto needle acupuncture; treatment group 2,filiform needle acupuncture alone; treatment group 3,stiletto needle acupuncture alone; the control group,sham filiform needle and stiletto needle acupuncture.The clinical therapeutic effects,and pretreatment and posttreatment VAS scores and Japanese Orthopedic Association （JOA） Score for Low Back Pain scores were compared between the four groups.Results The total efficacy rate was 100.0％ in treatment group 1,90.0％ in treatment group 2,85.0％ in treatment group 3 and 20.0％ in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in clinical therapeutic effect between the four groups （P＜0.01）.There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the VAS score and JOA score in treatment groups 1,2 and 3 （P＜0.01）.There were statistically significant differences in pre-/post-treatment VAS score and JOA score difference values between treatment group 1 and treatment group 2,treatment group 3 or the control group （P＜0.01）.Conclusion Filiform needle plus stiletto needle acupuncture is an effective way to treat lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
