摘  要:目的探讨胸腺肽-α1对重症脓毒血症患者外周血T淋巴细胞增殖的影响及其机制。方法采用细胞膜染料PKH26和荧光标记的特异抗体与流式细胞术结合检测胸腺肽-α1对重症脓毒血症患者外周血T淋巴细胞增殖及CD28/CD152协同刺激因子的表达。结果胸腺肽-α1可促进重症脓毒血症患者外周血T淋巴细胞增殖(P=0.002);可上调CD28+/CD3+的表达及下调CD152+/CD3+的表达。结论胸腺肽-α1通过调节CD28/CD152协同刺激因子促进重症脓毒血症患者外周血T淋巴细胞增殖。Objective To study the effects of Thymosin-α1in regulating the Proliferation of Peripheral T-Lymphocytes and related mechanisms in Patients with severe sepsis.Methods PKH26 and Flow Cytometry were used to detect the level of proliferation in T-lymphocyte and expression of CD28/CD152co-stimulatory molecule in the peripheral blood in Patients with severe sepsis after treated with Thymosin-α1.Results The proliferation of T lymphocytes increased significantly in human peripheral blood after treated with Thymosin-α1(P =0.002).Meanwhile,Thymosin-α1can improve significantly the level of expression of CD28^+/CD3^+on the surface of T-lymphocytes in human peripheral blood(P = 0.041),but decreased the level of on in the expression of expression of co-stimulatory molecules CD152^+/CD3^+(P =0.004).Conclusion Thymosin-α1 can significantly increase the proliferation of T-lymphocytes in patients with severe sepsis by regulation of CD28/CD152.
