摘 要:目的通过检测合并不同类型糖代谢异常的高血压病患者血清高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)水平,评价高血压患者血清hsCRP与糖代谢异常间的具体关系。方法依据空腹及餐后两小时血糖情况将159例高血压患者分为四组:糖耐量正常组(NGT组),空腹血糖受损组(IFG组),糖耐量异常组(IGT组),糖尿病组(DM组)。测定四组患者血清hsCRP。结果与NGT组相比,IFG组FPG,IGT组2h PG,DM组FPG和2h PG增高。IFG、IGT、DM三组hsCRP均较NGT组增高,差异有统计学意义。DM组hsCRP较IFG、IGT两组升高(P值分别为0.039,0.043),IFG、IGT两组间hsCRP无统计学差异(P=0.247)。线性相关分析显示血清hsCRP与SBP、DBP、FPG、2hPG相关。结论血清hsCRP与高血压患者糖代谢异常有关,可作为此类患者糖代谢异常严重程度的预测指标之一。Objective To investigate the relationship between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hsCRP) and abnormal glucose metabolism in patients with essential hypertention.Methods According to the level of fast plasma glucose(FPG)and 2-hours-plasma glucose(2hPG),159 patients with essential hypertention were divided into four groups:normal glucose tolerance group(NGT),impaired fasting glucose(IFG),impaired glucose tolerance group(IGT) and diabetes mellitus group(DM).The hs-CRP was measured.Results HsCRP was significantly increased in patients of IFG,IGT and DM group than that in NGT group(P〈0.05).No difference of hsCRP was seen between IFG group and IGT group.Linear regression analysis showed a significant positive correlation between hsCRP and systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,FPG,2hPG.Conclusions HsCRP was related to the degree of abnormal glucose metabolism in patients with essential hypertention and can evaluate the degree of abnormal glucose metabolism.
