摘  要:由于自身的独特优势,COD在线自动监测仪越来越得到人们的认可,目前已经成为实时监控的主要手段,但是由于人为误差和系统误差等原因使其测量值与真实值间的差距较大。对产生误差的原因进行了分析,介绍了在线监测仪的检定方法,并针对示值误差的消除进行实验研究,采用最小二乘法对实验数据进行拟合,从而对COD在线自动监测仪测量值进行修正。Due to self unique advantages, COD online automatic monitor is more and more recognized by people. Currently, it has become the main measure in real-time monitoring. However, due to reasons including personal error and system error, the gap between its measured value and actual value is big. This paper conducted analysis on the causes of error, introduced the calibration method of online monitor,conducted experimental research on the elimination of indication error,and adopted least square method to match experimental data,so as to amend the measured value of COD online automatic monitor.
