摘  要:利用物理方法对新疆夏子街地区乌兰林格膨润土进行提纯研究,考察了粉碎粒径、固液比、离心转速和离心时间对提纯效果的影响。结果表明:粉碎粒径为140目、固液比为1∶12、离心转速为3600 r·min-1、离心时间为15 min时,提纯土的膨胀容、胶质价、蒙脱石含量、交换阳离子总量分别由有29.8 mL/g、390 mL/15 g、57.1%、51.97 mmol/100 g升高到64 mL/g、435 mL/15 g、91.2%、75.36 mmol/100 g。提纯土的XRD表明,提纯后蒙脱石峰变强,而石英峰变弱,说明提纯效果显著。Physical methods were used to purify the bentonite sample from Wulanlinge mine in Xiazijie , Xinjiang , and the main factors influencing its purification , such as the particle size , the solid-liquid ratio , the speed and time of centrifugation were investigated.The results showed that the optimum purification conditions of purifying the bentonite were the particle size was 140 orders, the solid-liquid ratio was 1:12, the centrifugal speed was 3 600 r· min-1 and the centrifugal time was 15 min.After purifying the quality of bentonite was greatly improved , the expansion volume , colloid index, montmorrilonite contentand , cation exchange apacity were enhanced from 29.8 mL/g, 390 mL/15 g, 57.1% and 51.97 mmol/100 g to 64 mL/g, 435 mL/15 g, 91.2% and 75.36 mmol/100 g, respectively.The purification bentonite of XRD showed the SiO 2 peak was reduced but montmorrilonite peak was strengthened , so the purity effect was obviously improved.
