摘　　要：螺环化合物是一类天然产物和药物中常见的杂环化合物,它们具有多种生物活性,在医学上其抗菌、抗病毒、消炎等生物活性非常显著,是国内外研究的一个热点。1,3偶极环加成反应是一个重要的有机合成反应,它的应用很广泛,在多种药物中间体的合成中起了至关重要的作用。本文以1,3偶极环加成和点击化学的方法进行了一系列的芳基螺环化合物的合成研究及表征。Spiro compounds were a class of natural products and drugs in common heterocyclic compounds , which had a variety of biological activities in medicine antibacterial , antiviral , anti-inflammatory and other biological activity , now it was a hot research topic.1,3 -dipolar cycloaddition reaction was an important organic synthesis reaction , its application was very wide and played a crucial role in the synthesis of a variety of drug intermediates.1, 3 dipolar cycloaddition and click chemistry were used to synthesize a series of synthesis of aryl spiro compounds and their characterization.
