摘　　要：柱色谱分离邻、对硝基苯胺是基础有机化学实验教学中的重要内容,常用苯、甲苯、乙醚等为洗脱剂,易对学生的身心健康和环境造成危害。文章通过对经典洗脱剂的改进和回收,减少了环境污染和有机溶剂的使用量,将试剂对人体的危害程度降到最低,丰富了教学内容。Column chromatography separation of o-and p-nitroaniline was an important teaching content in basic organic chemistry experiment.Generally, benzene, tolue and ether were used as the eluent , which was easy to cause harm to students＇physical health and the environment.An improvement approach on change of classic eluent kinds and recycling it by reducing the usage of pollution organic solvent was proposed , which was try to make the reagent to the human body damage in a minimum.
