摘　　要：为了使钢管企业特殊合同实现在线评审,建立产品规范和冶金规范,参照实际评审实例,分析了接单时技术、交期、价格以及商务等环节的评审要点,设计了特殊合同网上在线评审系统。该系统运行稳定,评审流程达到了设计要求,提高了评审工作效率,能够快速、准确地回应客户需求,实现了特殊合同评审业务的科学化和规范化。In order to realize online review on special contracts and establish product specification andmetallurgical specification at pipe enterprise, the author, in reference to actual review cases, analyzescritical review points at the links of technology, delivery date, price and commerce in order-receivingand designs the online special contract review system. The above system runs stably, enables reviewflow to meet the design requirement, improves review working efficiency, fast and accurately responds tothe demand of the customer and realizes scientific and standardized special contract review business.
