摘 要:采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定水中痕量双酚A,水样经预处理后,以BEH C18超高效液相色谱柱分离,在质谱电喷雾离子源负离子多反应监测模式下测定。方法在0.200μg/L^10.0μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数r为0.999 2,方法检出限为0.06μg/L,空白及实际样品加标回收率为87.4%~114%,RSD为3.6%~7.4%。A rapid analytical method tor determination of bisphenol A (BPA) in water samples was developed. Water samples were pretreated and then analyzed by ultra pertormance liquid chromatography electrospray tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) in muhiple reaction monitoring mode via negative electrospray ionization with BEH C18 column(1.7 μm,2.1 mm × 50 mm)using acetonitrile and water as mobile phase in a gradi- ent elution mode. The limit of determination was 0.06 μg/L. The average recoveries of blanks and real samples were at the range of 87.4% - 114% for the spiked levels of 0. 200 μg/L and 10.0 μg/L. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of spiked samples (n=6) were at the range of 3.6% -7.4%.
