摘  要:大中型水轮发电机运行时由于巨大的离心力作用,使磁轭与轮臂间的径向变形增大。冷打键的方式,已无法保证运行时所需紧量,会使磁轭与轮臂产生分离,导致机组产生过大的振动和摆度。因此,在机组安装过程中用热打键的方法,使磁轭与轮臂之间产生一个预紧量,以抵消运行时的变形增量。根据在多个电站的实践经验,对铁损加热的计算公式进行修正,使计算结果更接近实际,为同类工程的施工以资借鉴。Due to the centrifugal force in the operating large hydraulic turbine,the radial deformation between magnet yoke and cam arm increases.The cold keying method can not guarantee the tight amount in operation,and would separate the magnet yoke and cam arm,and induce serious vibration.Therefore,the thermal keying method is employed in the unit equipment to counteract the deformation in operation with a preliminary tight amount.According to the practical experience in several hydraulic power stations,the calculation formula of iron loss heating is modified to make the result more accurate with the reality,and provides references for the similar engineering applications.
