摘　　要：随着我国人均GDP和居民闲暇时间的不断增长,特别是《国民旅游休闲纲要（2003-2010）》的颁布,休闲运动进一步走进了人们的生活,而中西方固有的文化差异也在人们的休闲运动中得到充分体现.本文试图通过对中西方文化差异的阐述,揭示中西方休闲价值观的不同及其对休闲运动的影响.With the development of the real GDP per capita and the increase of residents＇ leisure time in our country, especially after the publish of National Tourism and Leisure Program（2003 -2010） , leisure sports come into people＇s lives. And the differences between Chinese and western culture can be reflected in the people＇ s leisure sports. This paper tries to reveal the influence and importance of differences between Chinese and western culture on leisure values and leisure sports.
