摘 要:通过溶剂交换法将Laponite从水中转移到N,N二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)中,辅助以超声波作用使Laponite与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)溶液进行共混复合制备PMMA/Laponite复合材料,并表征其相关性能。A serious of PMMA/Laponite nanocomposites were prepared by following two steps: (1) solvent-exchange approach to efficiently exfoliate Laponite into DMAC. (2) Laponit insert into PMMA by ultrasound. The structure and properties of the nanocomposites were characterized by SEM, UV-Vis, TGA, DSC and DMA. The results of SEM shows that the PMMA/Laponite nanocomposites have a layer structure, and the XRD results indicated that Laponite was exfoliated into individual layers and uniformly dispersed in the PMMA. The TGA results show that the Tdmax increased from 406 ℃to 419 ℃, When the mass ration of PMMA/Laponite is 100/8. The Laponite also improved the glass transition and storage modulus which confirmed by DSC and DMA.
