摘　　要：以广西某有色金属工业园区总体规划实施后的环境影响后评价为实例,针对有色金属行业和园区开发的特点,研究了有色金属工业园区总体规划环境影响后评价的技术路线和关注要点;得出规划环境影响后评价开展过程中应注意不同尺度、多要素视角,宏观与具体相结合,重在科学、全面。以期为类似工作提供借鉴,推动规划环境影响后评估技术方法研究的进一步发展。Taking the EIPPA of certain non-ferrous metals industrial park in Guangxi as an example, according to the characteristics of the non-ferrous metals industry and industrial park development, the technical route and key points of attention are studied, that are about the EIPPA of overall planning for non-ferrous metals industrial park, so as to provide reference for similar works, and promote development of methods and technology which are used for planning EIPPA. It should be paid attention to that is different scales, multiple factors perspective and macro combined with concrete. Scientific and comprehensiveness should also be emphasis on.
