农户层面的农用地流转影响因子分析——以三峡库区沿江村为例

摘　　要：采取参与式农村评估法(PRA),以三峡库区3个沿江村为例,共调查农户276户,通过因子分析方法,从农户角度定量分析了三峡库区沿江村农用地流转的影响因素.研究表明:应用因子分析方法可以将农户层面影响三峡库区沿江村农用地流转的因素归纳为务工因子、务农劳动力因子、政府补偿收入因子、户主因子、教育水平因子、收入因子等6个因子.针对此提出积极转移非农从业人员、提高政府补偿收入、重视农户户主、提高农户的教育水平等对策以促进三峡库区农用地的流转.Quantitative analysis has been conducted in this paper to study the influential factors of agricultural land circulation from the point of view of farmers based on field surveys of 276peasant households in three villages along the Yangtze River in Three Gorges Reservoir Area by adopting the methods of participatory rural appraisal（PRA）and of the factor analysis.The results show that application of factor analysis method can conclude the influence factors that affect the agricultural land circulation in the villages along the Yangtze River in the Three Gorges Reservoir area in farmers’ level to six factors：workers transfer factor,farm labor factor,income from government compensation factor,head of the household factor,education level factor,income factor.For this,this article proposes several countermeasures to promote agricultural land circulation of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area：to transfer of non-agricultural workers actively,to increase the income of the government compensation,to attach great importance to the farmer householder,to improve education level of farmers and so on.
