摘 要:高标准基本农田建设直接关系国家粮食安全和重要农产品供给.本文依据相关规划和标准建立了西南丘陵区高标准基本农田建设潜力评价指标体系,以重庆市荣昌县为研究区,运用ArcGIS软件空间叠置分析工具和层次分析方法,对研究区高标准基本农田建设潜力进行了测算,并探讨了西南丘陵区高标准基本农田建设的适宜模式.结果发现,研究区高标准基本农田建设的潜力为35 241.85hm2,占区内基本农田总面积的72.34%;依托农业资源优势、农业产业现状和产业发展规划布局,区内高标准基本农田建设宜采用"粮油基地"、"蔬菜基地"、"城乡统筹示范村"、"西部生态农田"等4种不同的模式进行.研究认为,摸清区域高标准基本农田建设潜力,总结高标准基本农田建设的经验模式,是发挥区域农业水土资源优势,提升农业科技应用和农业机械化水平,促进农业持续增产稳产的一条可靠途径.Well-facilitated capital farmland construction plays an important role for both country’s food safety and major food supply.Based on the plannings and criteria,a case study of Rongchang County in Chongqing City has been conducted in this paper to build an assessment indicator system about the potential of well-facilitated capital farmland construction of the southwest hilly area,and space overlay analysis of ArcGIS and analytical hierarchy process(AHP)been applied to calculate the potential of the study area.Furthermore,the proper construction models have been found out by means of experience induction.The results show that the potential amount of the study area is 35241.85hm2,and 72.34%of the capital farmland total area.According to agricultural resource superiority,agricultural industry current situation,and agricultural industrial development planning,there are four kinds of construction-models,such as the model of grain-oil crop foundation,the model of vegetable foundation,the model of demonstration village for coordinative development of urban-rural area,and the model of western eco-cropland.It is concluded that it is a correct way to ascertain the potential and summarize the experience models for regional well-facilitated capital farmland construction,because this way could make better use of agricultural water and land resources,and improve the level of agricultural technological application and agricultural mechanization,and then accelerate agricultural development steadily.
