摘 要:目的探讨少、弱、畸、精子症与不明原因反复自然流产的关系。方法 307对不明原因反复自然流产夫妇按照男方精液特征分别分为:A组(n=38);B组(n=26);C组(n=141);D组(n=102),正常生育组男性组为E组(n=126),比较各组精子浓度,精子活力,正常精子形态,精子染色质分析实验检测精子损伤,流式细胞术检测精子凋亡情况。分别比较精子DNA损伤及精子凋亡。结果 A组及B组精子浓度、活力、正常精子形态比例均低于其他组,精子DNA损伤、精子凋亡均高于其他各组。结论少弱畸精子症组及少弱精子症组精子DNA损伤明显增加,精子凋亡增多,提示凋亡参与了精子DNA损伤的发生;少弱畸精子症及少弱精子症患者DNA损伤增高可能是导致不明原因反复自然流产的原因之一。Objective: To Investigate the relationship between oligoasthernoteratozoospermia and unexplainted recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA) . Methods: 307 URSA couples were divided into A group (n=38) , B group (n=26) , C group (n=141) , D group (n=102) , respectively, fertility couples were recruited as E group (n=126) . The sperm concentration, sperm vitality, sperm morphology were compared among five groups. Sperm chromatic structure assay and flow cytometry were employed to detect sperm DNA injury and sperm apoptosis in five groups. Results: Sperm concentration, sperm vitality, percentages of normal morphologic sperm were distinguishingly lower in A group and B group. Sperm DNA injury and sperm apoptosis were significantly higher in oligoasthernoteratozoospermia group and oligoasthernozoospermia group. Conclusion: Higher sperm DNA injury and sperm apoptosis occurred in oligoasthernoteratozoospermia group and oligoasthernozoospermia group, which hinted apoptosis might participate in the procedure of sperm DNA injury in olig permia and oligoasthernozoospermia male. Higher sperm DNA injury may result in the URSA in couples with male oligoasthemoteratozoospermia and oligoasthernozoospermia.
