深圳地区妊娠妇女甲状腺功能指标参考区间的建立

摘　　要：目的建立深圳地区正常妊娠妇女早、中、晚孕期的游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸（FT3）、游离甲状腺素（FT4）、促甲状腺素（TSH）参考区间。方法应用化学发光法对154名早孕、217名中孕、132名晚孕的健康孕妇进行甲状腺功能三项检测，建立不同孕期甲状腺功能三项指标的正常参考区间。结果早、中、晚孕期孕妇甲状腺功能三项参考区间均较正常非孕人群低，并且不同地区孕妇的参考区间亦有差别。结论建立地区及妊娠特异性甲状腺功能指标参考区间是非常必要的。Objective： To establish the reference ranges of free three tfiiodothyronine（FT~）,free thyroid hormones（FT4） and thyroid stimulating hormone（TSH） at early, medium and late stage for pregnant women in Shenzhen distric. Methods： 154 women at early pregnancy stage, 217 women at medium pregnancy stage and 132 women at late pregnancy stage were selected,The levels of FT3, FT4 and TSH were measured by a chemiluminescence assay. Results： The levels of FT3, FT4 and TSH at early, medium and late pregnancy stage were lower than that of non-pregnant women, And, Difference of Thyroid function reference ranges of pregnant women were also found in different district. Conclusion： It is necessary to establish pregnancy specific and district specific reference ranges of thyroid function.
