摘  要:目的探讨振幅整合脑电图(aEEG)在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)早期诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选择60例确诊为HIE的新生儿为研究对象,根据HIE严重程度分为轻度、中度、重度3个亚组。所有患儿在生后第1天行aEEG检查,生后第3天行MRI检查。结果 1.aEEG与HIE临床分度存在强正相关(r=0.843,P<0.01)。2.aEEG与MRI存在强正相关(r=0.823,P<0.01)。结论 aEEG与HIE临床分度及MRI均具有极好的相关性,可以早期协助诊断HIE,指导早期用药干预治疗,从而降低新生儿病死率和儿童致残率,最终对提高儿童生命质量和我国人口素质产生深远的影响。Objective: To explore application value of the amplitude integrated electroencephalography in early diagnosis of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. Methods: A total of 60 cases of newborns with HIE, According to the severity of HIE, divided into mild, moderate, and severe subgroup.All the cases at time points 1 day after birth traced aEEG and at time points 3 day after birth underwent MRI. Results: 1. There was an excellent positive correlation between the categorization of the aEEG and the clinical classification of HIE (r=-0.843, P〈0.01 ) . 2.There was an excellent positive correlation between the categorization of the aEEG and the MRI results (r=0.823, P〈0.01 ) . Conclusion: The aEEG has excellent correlation with HIE clinical indexing and MRI, can assist in early diagnosis of HIE, guide early intervention medication, to reduce neonatal mortality and child morbidity, Eventually influence the quality of children' s life and diathesis of our population profoundly.
