基础FSH/LH比值与卵巢储备功能及IVF/ICSI治疗结局相关性的研究

摘　　要：目的评价基础FSH/LH对预测基础FSH正常水平妇女IVF/ICSI-ET(体外受精-胚胎移植,In vitro fertilization-embryo transfer/卵胞浆内单精子注射-胚胎移植,Intracytoplasmic sperm injection-embryo transfer)结局的价值及其与超促排卵过程中各参数的关系。方法回顾性分析接受IVF/ICSI-ET治疗的不孕患者617例,据基础FSH/LH(Follicle-stimulating hormone,卵泡刺激素/luteinizing hormone,黄体生产素)比值分为2组:FSH/LH<2组和FSH/LH≥2组,比较两组的用药情况和临床结局。结果 FSH/LH<2组与FSH/LH≥2组相比,获卵数、受精率、着床率、临床妊娠率显著增加,Gn(GnRH,促性腺激素释放激素,以下简称Gn)用量显著减少(P<0.05)。结论基础FSH/LH值能够提早预测卵巢储备功能及IVF/ICSI治疗结局,并且能指导临床控制性超促排卵过程中用药量。Objective- To investigate the correlation of the basal FSH and LH Ratio and the ovarian reserve function and the pregnancy outcome of in-vitro fertilization （IVF） / Intracytoplasmic sperm injection （ICSI） . Methods A retrospective analysis was performed in the Medical records of 617 patients who had underwent IVF/ICSI-ET treatment. Patients were divided into two groups according to serum basal Follicle-Stimulating Hormone （FSH） and Luteinizing Hormone （LH） concentration： FSH/LH 〈2 and FSH/LH≥2. Results Compared to FSH/LH≥2 group, the number of oocytes retrieve, fertilization rate, implantation rate, biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate in the FSH/LH 〈2 group were significantly higher, and dosage of gonadotropin （Gn） was significantly lower. Conclusion： Basal FSH and LH Ratio is a good marker of the ovarian reserve function, and it also could be a predictive index of the treatment outcome of IVF/ICSI.
