腮腺炎感染史与IVF卵巢低反应的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究既往有腮腺炎病史的不孕患者与体外受精-胚胎移植(In vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,IVF-ET)中卵巢低反应的相关性。方法回顾性研究1510例不孕患者行IVF的临床资料,按照是否有腮腺炎感染史将患者分为两组,分析其与卵巢反应、妊娠结局等的关系。结果 1510例IVF-ET周期中,卵巢反应低下共755例。其中,有腮腺炎史的共219例,占总病例的14.5%,占卵巢低反应的56.2%,P=0.048;有腮腺炎病史的不孕病人,取卵周期的临床妊娠率为22%(45/205),对照组为29.7%(366/1234),有显著的统计学差异(P=0.024)。有腮腺炎史的不孕患者,IVF周期的子宫内膜厚度、正常发育胚胎数、优质胚胎数均显著低于无腮腺炎史的不孕患者,P<0.05。结论腮腺炎感染史与IVF不孕患者的卵巢低反应相关。Objective： To investigate the correlation of poor ovary response in vitro fertilization- embryo transfer and the history of epidemic parotitis before puberty. Methods： A retrospective study was performed on 1510 infertile women undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer （IVF-ET）. All the patients were divided into two groups： study group： patients with mumps; control group： patients without mumps. The relationship between mumps before puberty and the IVF outcome were analyzed. Results： Among all the 1510 patients, 755 infertility people are poor ovary response. There are 219 infertility people with mumps, which means 14.5% in all the women, 56.2% in poor ovary response cycle, P= 0.048. The clinical pregnancy rate in oocyte pick- up cycle of infertility patients with a history of mumps was 22% （45/205）, the control group was 29.7%, P=0.024. For the infertility patients with a history of mumps infection, the endometrial thickness, the embryos numbers of normal development and the high-quality embryos were significantly lower than those without a history of infertility mumps patients in IVF cycle, P 〈0.05. Conclusions： The history of mumps infection in infertility patients undergoing IVF might have a correlation with the poor ovarian response.
