摘 要:潮位、渗压及降雨等监测项是海堤日常安全监测中的重要内容。利用海堤实测资料,从安全性和异常性两个方面考虑,分别划分其模糊评判等级,并建立海堤综合运行状态评判体系。该体系利用模糊数学中隶属函数的方法得到模糊评判隶属矩阵,利用层次分析法获取主观权重。通过对上海市浦东海堤监测数据的对比分析证明,基于安全性和异常性两方面的综合评判可以更全面有效地分析和发现海堤运行中可能存在的问题,进而更好地掌握海堤的综合运行状态。Monitoring items such as tidal , osmotic pressure and rainfall are important parts of seawall everyday safety monitoring.Using the measured data of the seawall , considering from the viewpoint of security and abnormalities and respectively divided its fuzzy evaluation level , and establishing the evaluation system of the seawall comprehensive operating status.The system got the fuzzy judgment membership matrix by using the method of fuzzy membership function and got the subjective weights by using the method of AHP.The comparative analysis of Shanghai Pudong seawall monitoring data proved that , the comprehensive evaluation based on security and abnormalities can find and analyze the possible problems in seawall running more comprehensively and effectively , thus we can master the comprehensive operating conditions of the seawall better.
