复配型醋酸氯己定抑菌剂抑菌效果及毒性观察

摘　　要：目的观察复配型醋酸氯己定抑菌剂、醋酸氯己定抑菌剂及单纯中药抑菌剂的抑菌效果及毒性。方法采用动物实验和琼脂扩散法对3种抑菌剂进行抑菌效果及毒性测定。结果复配型醋酸氯己定抑菌剂和醋酸氯己定抑菌剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌圈直径比单纯中药抑菌剂的抑菌圈直径增加1倍左右,复配型醋酸氯己定抑菌剂和中药抑菌剂动物毒性试验无刺激,醋酸氯己定抑菌剂有轻度眼刺激。结论复配型醋酸氯己定抑菌剂抑菌效果显著强于中药抑菌剂,其毒性低于醋酸氯己定抑菌剂。Objective To observe the baeteriostatie efficacy and toxicity of three kinds of baeteriostatie agents. Methods The ani- mal test and agar diffusion method were applied to determine the inhibition effect and toxicity of three kinds of bacteriostatie agents. Results The antibacterial circle diameter of compound ehlorhexidine acetate and ehlorhexidine acetate for Staphylococcus aureus,Eseheriehia eoli and Candida albieans increased by 1 time compared with single Chinese medicine baeteriostatie agent. Compound ehlorhexidine acetate and single traditional Chinese medicine bacteriostatie agent had no stimulation in animal toxicity test ,while ehlorhexidine acetate had mild eye irritation. Conclusion Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine bacteriostatie agent, antibacterial effect of compound ehlorhexidine acetate group enhances significantly,and its toxicity is lower than that of ehlorhexidine acetate.
