摘 要:针对现有支护方式不能有效控制部分软岩巷道围岩变形的状况,提出一种协调控制围岩变形支架来提高巷道围岩支护力,进而减少巷道整体变形量.介绍了该新型支架的结构组成及工作原理,并进行了力学分析.该支架结构简单、操作方便、无材料消耗、可重复使用,可用于协调控制回采巷道、软岩巷道等大变形巷道的变形.随着深部矿井开采力度的加大,协调控制深部巷道围岩的新型支架将具有较好的推广应用价值.A new type of support is put forward to control and reduce the deformation of roadway surrounding rock through enhancing the supporting force on roadway surrounding rock according to that the deformation of some soft rock roadway can not be controlled by an existed supporting method. Then, this paper introduces the structure composition and the working principle of this support, and carries out its mechanical analysis. This support can be used for controlling the deformation of mining roadway or soft rock roadway with potential large deformation, for it has a simple structure, convenient operation, no material consumption and can be reused. With the increasing of the efforts of deep underground mining, the support that can provide coordinated control of the surrounding rock in deep roadway will has good application value
