摘  要:为了满足电子设备和设施的环境要求,研发出交叉式露点间接蒸发冷却空调机组.福州市某公司在模拟机房中对交叉式露点间接蒸发冷却空调机组进行试验,应用对比的方法分别测得1kW、2kW 只开发热源和开发热源同时开机组,2种情况下测得设备的温湿度分布情况,对比分析得出:开启机组在最佳风量比下,2kW 发热源表面最大温降为8.9℃,设备温湿度基本上满足ASHRAETC9.9发布的2、3级环境要求允许值;开启机组在最差风量比下;开启机组在最差风量比下,1kW发热源表面最大温降为2.3℃,设备温湿度基本满足1~4级环境要求允许值.in order to meet environmentul requirements of electronic equipment and facilities, the cross dew point indirect evaporative cooling air conditioning unit is developed. July 5 - 15,2013 in fuzhou, fujian, the cross dew point indirect evaporative cooling air conditioning unit test in simulation data center, lkW and 2kW only opening heat source and opening heat source at the same time opening the unit measure the method of comparison respectively. Two cases measure temperature and humidity distribution of equipment. The contrast anulysis:opening the unit under the optimum air volume ratio,2kW heat source surface temperature drop is 8.9 ℃, basicully ASHRAETC 9.9 released the largest temperature and humidity of equipment drop 2.3 ℃ ,it meet 2 -3 level of the environmentul requirements ; opening the unit Under the worst air volume ratio, 1 kW heat source shows that the nmxinmna temperature drop is 2.3 ℃ ,the temperature and humidity of equipment meet 1 - 4 level of the electronic requirement.
