人工髋关节置换病人居家护理康复训练路径及评价标准的应用研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨居家护理康复训练路径对人工髋关节置换(THA)病人康复效果的影响。[方法]将100例THA病人按随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组给予常规出院指导,观察组在常规出院指导的基础上按照THA病人居家护理康复训练路径内容给予居家护理康复训练指导,分别在病人出院时、出院后3个月、出院后6个月采用国际上广泛应用的Harris评分表对两组病人髋关节功能进行评价、比较。[结果]观察组出院后3个月、出院后6个月的Harris评分优于对照组,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]应用THA病人居家护理康复训练路径对THA病人进行规范化康复训练指导,能够促进病人髋关节功能的恢复。Objective：To probe into the influence of home care and reha-bilitation training path on rehabilitation effect of hip replacement pa-tients.Methods：A total of 100 THA patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group based on random number table,50 cases in each.Patients in control group received routine discharge guid-ance,besides that patients in observation group were given home care training path rehabilitation guidance according to the content of home care and rehabilitation training path of THA patients.The hip function of the two groups of patients were evaluated and compared when the pa-tients’discharging from hospital,three months after discharging,six months after discharging by using internationally Harris score sheet.Re-sults：Harris score of patients in observation group was better than that of control group three months and six months after discharging,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Standard-ized rehabilitation training guidance for THA patient can promote the re-covery of the patient’s hip function by using home care rehabilitation training path of THA patients.
