摘 要:综述了利用纳秒脉冲介质阻挡放电(DBD)改性绝缘材料提高表面性能的研究成果,分别介绍了大气压空气中纳秒脉冲DBD改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)提高表面亲水性和改性有机玻璃(PMMA)提高表面疏水性的实验结果,对比了纳秒脉冲与交流DBD在绝缘材料改性中的效果,探索了纳秒脉冲DBD的改性机理。研究表明:纳秒脉冲DBD在聚合物绝缘材料表面改性中作用明显;经纳秒脉冲DBD亲水改性后,PET材料表面水接触角从78.0°降至25°,均匀模式DBD的改性效果要优于丝状模式DBD;经纳秒脉冲DBD疏水改性后,PMMA材料表面水接触角从68.0°升至92°;聚合物绝缘材料亲水性和疏水性的改善是由于放电等离子体在材料表面分别引入了含氧基团和甲基与大分子自由基。The results of using nanosecond pulse dielectric barrier discharge(DBD) to modify the surfaceof insulating materials for increasing the surface energy were reviewed. The experimental results of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) and polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) modified by nanosecond pulse DBDwere introduced respectively, the modification effect of nanosecond pulse DBD and AC DBD was compared,and the modification mechanism of nanosecond pulse DBD was explored. The research shows thatnanosecond pulse DBD plays a significant role in modification of the surface of polymer insulating materials.The water contact angle of the PET decreases from 78.0° to 25° after DBD hydrophilic modification,and the modification effect of homogeneous mode of DBD is better than that of filamentary modeof DBD. The water contact angle of the PMMA increases from 68.0° to 92° after DBD hydrophobicmodification. The hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity improvement of polymer materials is because of theintroduction of oxygen-containing group and methyl group and macromolecule radical at surface throughdischarge plasma respectively.
