摘  要:长庆油田属国内典型的"三低"油田,地质条件差、偏磨现象突出。加之部分区块进入开发后期,油井含水高,造成井筒腐蚀、结垢现象严重。因以上问题每年报废管、杆和增加作业成本达数额巨大。通过开展内衬油管试验,有效降低管杆偏磨、腐蚀情况,延长管柱使用寿命的同时,大大降低油田使用成本。Changqing oilfield is a typical "three low" oilfield, poor geological conditions, eccentric wear conspicuous phenomenon. Combined with some blocks in the later stage of development, water cut in oil well is high, resulting inwellbore corrosion, scaling phenomenon is serious. Because of the above problems scrapped each year, rod andtube increased operating costs up to a huge amount. Through the development of inner tube test, effectively reduce the eccentric wear of rod and tubing, corrosion, prolong the service life of the column tube, greatly reduce thecost of an angel.
