论《针灸甲乙经》特定穴的学术价值

摘　　要：《针灸甲乙经》是我国现存最早的一部针灸学专著。其所载理论精要、临床内容丰富,尤其对特定穴的论述,规范了特定穴的位置,补充了新的内容,丰富了特定穴的种类,进一步明确了特定穴的主治范围及其在临床治疗中的运用,为后世医家学习、研究和运用特定穴提供了参考依据,在特定穴理论发展方面具有重要的学术价值,影响深远。＂A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion＂ is the earliest monograph on acupuncture and moxibustion existed in China. The writings, contained theoretical essence and abundant clinical contents. Especially, it contained the discussion of the specific points and standardized its location. This book also supplemented new contents and enriched the types of specific points, further clarified the scope of indications and application in clinical treatment. It offers references to the later physicians in learning, studying and applying specific points. It had the important academic values and far-reaching influence on the development of specific point＇s theory.
