摘　　要：目的探讨测定C-反应蛋白(CRP)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)水平对急性胸痛患者心脏事件发生情况的评估价值。方法选取2010年3月～2012年3月因急性胸痛在海南省人民医院住院的患者89例,其中男性59例,女性40例,年龄52.5～83.8岁。根据测定的CRP、FIB、cTnI水平情况,分为正常值者和异常值者,随诊半年并统计心血管终点事件发生率。结果 89例患者中共有17例发生心脏事件,心脏事件发生率为19.1%,其中CRP异常者心脏事件发生率为30.8%,FIB异常者心脏事件发生率为28.6%,cTnI异常者心脏事件发生率为28.0%,3项均异常者心脏事件发生率为56.2%;CRP、FIB、cTnI异常者与正常者比较,其心脏事件发生率均增高(P均<0.05);三项指标均异常者与三项指标均正常者比较,心脏事件发生率也明显增高,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论同时测定急性胸痛患者CRP、FIB、cTnI三项指标水平对于心脏事件发生的评估具有重要的临床价值。Objective To discuss the reviewing values of C-reactive protein （CRP）, fibrinogen （FIB） and cardiac troponinⅠ（cTnⅠ） to cardiac events in patients with acute chest pain. Methods The patients （n=89, male 59 and female 40, aged from 52.5 to 83.8） were chosen from the People’s Hospital of Hainan Province from Mar. 2010 to Mar. 2012. All patients were divided into normal group and abnormal group according to detected levels of CRP, FIB and cTnⅠ, and then followed for half year. The cardiovascular outcome events were counted. Results Among 89 patients, 17 had cardiac events and the incidence was 19.1%. The incidence of cardiac events was 30.8%in the patients with abnormal CRP, 28.6%in those with abnormal FIB, 28.0%in those with abnormal cTnⅠ, and 56.2%in those with abnormal CRP, FIB and cTnI. The incidence of cardiac events all increased in the patients with abnormal CRP, FIB or cTnI compared with those with normal CRP, FIB or cTnI （all P〈0.05）. The incidence of cardiac events increased significantly in abnormal group compared with normal group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The detection of CRP, FIB and cTnI simultaneously has important clinical value to reviewing of cardiac events.
